DELIVERY, RETURNS, AND REFUND GUIDELINES
Shipping Information
US Precision Health is committed to delivering your research compounds safely and reliably. We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. All shipments are handled by trusted carrier partners and tracked for your convenience.
We ship to addresses within the continental United States. Please note that international shipping, Alaska, and Hawaii deliveries require special handling and should be discussed with our support team before placing an order.
Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your delivery needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days (included with all orders)
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days (additional fee applies)
- Priority Overnight Shipping: Delivery next business day (premium rate)
- White Glove Service: Scheduled delivery with signature confirmation (available upon request)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website in real-time.
Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment. We recommend verifying the delivery address on your order confirmation to ensure accurate delivery.
Delivery Confirmation
All packages require a signature upon delivery. This ensures secure delivery and provides proof of receipt. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice indicating how to reschedule delivery or pick up your package.
Please note that packages left unattended without proper security measures may be subject to loss or damage. We are not responsible for packages left in unsecured locations.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your shipment does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the status of your package and work with the carrier to locate it.
For lost shipments, we will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. This process typically takes 5-7 business days to resolve.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most research compounds within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
- The product is in its original, unopened packaging
- The product has not been used or contaminated
- The product is not beyond its expiration date
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The product was stored according to our specifications
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation)
How to Return Items
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization number (RMA) and return shipping address
- Package the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent
- Ship the item back with tracking to the provided return address
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Please include your RMA number and order confirmation in the return package. Returns without proper authorization may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Defective or damaged product upon arrival
- Incorrect item shipped
- Product quality issues
- Our shipping error
In these cases, US Precision Health will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, please select a shipping method of your choice and include the cost in your return calculation.
Refunds and Credits
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Partial refunds may be issued if the product shows signs of use or damage beyond normal wear. The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item and will be communicated before processing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Products beyond the 30-day return window
- Products that have been contaminated or exposed
- Expired products
- Damaged products caused by improper storage or handling
- Customized or special order items
- Clearance or discontinued products
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will require photographs of the damage and the original packaging. Upon verification, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do not discard the original packaging or damaged product until we have confirmed the resolution. Proper documentation is essential for processing damage claims and assists with our carrier investigations.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. For other exchanges (such as different quantities or product specifications), we will honor a one-time exchange within 30 days of purchase. Any shipping cost differences will be the customer's responsibility.
To request an exchange, contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide instructions and coordinate the shipment of your replacement item.
Special Handling and Storage
Research compounds require special handling and storage to maintain their integrity. All packages are shipped with appropriate protective materials and climate control when necessary. Upon delivery, products should be stored according to the instructions provided on the product label.
Improper storage, exposure to extreme temperatures, light, or moisture may compromise product quality. We are not responsible for product degradation due to improper post-delivery storage or handling by the customer.
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders exceeding standard quantities, special pricing and shipping arrangements may apply. Please contact our sales team to discuss your specific needs, delivery timeline, and custom arrangements.
Bulk orders may have modified return policies based on the nature of the order and agreement terms. Please confirm all details before placing a bulk order.
